Support designed to help you safely and confidently manage your everyday routine in a home environment that feels like home.
Our Assistance with Daily Tasks and Shared Living support, also referred to as Supported Independent Living (SIL), is designed to support you in safely and confidently managing your everyday routine, in a home environment that is right for you.
Our support workers are there to help you build your everyday living skills in a practical, hands-on way at your own speed with the people around you, and will be there to help you enjoy your time.
Depending on your needs and your NDIS plan, support may be provided for a few hours per week to overnight or 24 hours a day.
We take the time to get to know you, your family and your support coordinator so that we can put in place a way of living together that is appropriate and feels like home to you.
Respectful one-to-one assistance with daily activities of living with dignity and privacy.
Outings to local events, classes, and civic activities to build confidence and social ties.
Cleaning, laundry, yard care, and meal prep to keep your home safe and healthy.
Structured day programs, creative arts, cooking, and recreation in an inclusive group setting.
Whether you are a participant seeking independent living, a family member exploring care choices, or a support coordinator looking for trusted partners, Life Path Support is here to help.
Bring person-centred NDIS expertise to participants, ensuring they live with choice, comfort, and independence in their own homes and communities across Australia.
Life Path Support respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters across Australia on which we live, walk, and deliver care. We pay our deepest respects to First Nations Elders past, present, and emerging, and celebrate their continuing connection to culture, country, and community.
